PASTORAL STAFF

Dr. Tony Wood

TEACHING PASTOR
Tony has pastored at MBC since 2010. He is a graduate of The Master’s Seminary (D.Min) and serves on multiple church and missionary boards. Tony hosts the marriage and family podcast Date Night. He is married to his wife, Bre, and they have three children.
Dean Defuria

EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Dean is the Executive Pastor at MBC. Leaving behind his career as an aerospace engineer, he now focuses his time on overseeing ministry development within the church. He is currently studying at The Master’s Seminary. Dean is married to his amazing wife, Megan.
Desmond Outlaw

STAFF PASTOR
Desmond oversees MBC’s Family Discipleship. After a decade as a graphic designer, he now comes alongside the families of MBC to help bring up the next generation. He currently studies at The Master’s Seminary. Desmond and his wife, Lauren, have three daughters.
Bryan Lamb

STAFF PASTOR
Bryan oversees Adult Discipleship at MBC. After 20+ years in law enforcement, he is now focused on equipping men and women for the work of ministry. He is currently completing his Masters in Biblical Counseling at MBTS. Bryan and his wife, Darcey, have two daughters and one son.
Elijah Kim

STAFF PASTOR
Elijah oversees MBC’s Youth Ministry. With a passion to transform the next generation, Elijah teaches weekly and comes alongside the parents of MBC to help them raise their Middle and Highschool children in the instruction and discipline of the Lord. Elijah is currently finishing up his Mdiv at Talbot.
